These terms apply to your use of the Hobble Creek Pool and Cover website. Separate written estimates, approvals, or service agreements may govern actual work performed for a customer.

Website information

Website content is provided for general information and may change as services, routes, availability, and qualifications evolve. Nothing on this website is a guarantee that a particular service or appointment is available.

Quote requests

Submitting a form, calling, texting, or emailing does not create a service contract. Work begins only after the scope, timing, price, and any applicable conditions are confirmed and accepted.

Service scope

Pool cleaning, water care, seasonal work, cover care, and equipment work are evaluated case by case. Electrical, gas, structural, or other specialized work may be declined or referred when it falls outside the available service scope.

Customer information

You agree to provide accurate contact and service-request information. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, medical information, or other unrelated sensitive information through the quote form.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent requests, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated systems to overwhelm its forms or services.

No emergency service

The website and quote form are not monitored as emergency channels. If a condition presents an immediate safety risk, keep people away from the area and contact the appropriate emergency service or qualified professional.
